Toronto Loft Conversions & New Loft Projects Clinton Lofts - 200 Clinton Avenue It's hard to imagine a location better for lofts than being just a few steps from the ultra hip & trendy College/Clinton intersection in Little Italy. The Clinton Lofts were converted from a button factory in Little Italy. The 18 lofts all have separate entrances, situated off a back alley, east of Brock Street between Queen Street West and Dundas Street West. The Clinton Lofts are located right on a 24-hr streetcar line. All units are multiple-storey with very modern open concept designs. Some have incredible finishes while others need renovation. The building consists of 2- and 3-story townhouse lofts with ceilings that typically range from 9-1/2 to 11 feet in height, though some offer vaulted double height ceilings. This factory was converted by architects Jackson Goad, who managed to preserve some of the original industrial features like wood beams, exposed brick and authentic hardwood floors. There are no amenities although most units have private outdoor space. Email or phone 416-388-1960 today if this building interests you.
